Does anyone give a rats-ass about openib-windows anymore?

Busted links for 2+ days? What's up?

I poked around and discovered http://openib.tc.cornell.edu/downloads/
appears to contain the driver binary tree.

Nice that no one bothered to tell the world about changing the URLs. Or
did some name server forget how to map windows.openib.org -->
openib.tc.cornell.edu? 

I'll patch the wiki for now.
