SVN.861 - gen1\trunk\ulp\opensm\user\OpenSM
          file osm.rc removed, along with it's reference in SOURCES.

SVN.862 - gen1\trunk\ulp\DAPL2 - DAT v2 extensions (atomics) now
working.
          'Thank you' to all who replied on the atomic compare-n-swap
IB_AE_WQ_REQ_ERR issue.
          Turns out I missed an IB_AC_ATOMIC on the server/passive side
QP creation...duh.

SVN.863 - gen1\trunk\buildrelease.bat &
gen1\trunk\etc\IB_{CHK|FRE}_BUILD_{x86,x64,ia64}.bat
          Example scripts to perform a complete build for x86, x64 &
ia64 to WIX installers (.msi).

SVN.864 - gen1\branches\winof\wix\release_notes.htm - updated for WinOF
