[ofw] WIX installer questions concerning ConnectX driver install

Hi,

The following commands are for MLX4 driver install.

MLX4_BUS install : "devcon.exe update mlx4_bus.inf PCI\VEN_15b3"
MLX4_HCA install : "devcon.exe update mlx4_hca.inf MLX4\CONNECTX_HCA"
	* This should also install ib_bus through IbInstaller.dll ,
right now there is a problem with that
	  (IbInstaller.dll couldn't be loaded during mlx4_hca install).
	  The command "devcon.exe install ib_bus.inf
{94f41ced-78eb-407c-b5df-958040af0fd8}" install it.

I haven't tried to use DPInst.exe yet.

This is a good start, can devcon.exe install this device? If so, what
would the devcon cmd line look like?
