[ofw] Heads up - WinOF 1.1 new functionality code freeze 4/11/08

In preparation for the 4/29/08 release of WinOF 1.1, an svn branch of the mainline trunk will be made this Friday 4/11 @
noon PDT. The WOF_1-1 branch will become the basis for the upcoming WinOF 1.1 release. 
Only bug fixes will be applied to the 1.1 branch, the mainline trunk will continue business as usual.

WinOF 1.1 RC1 available Tuesday 4/15

WinOF 1.1 RC2 on Tuesday 4/22

WinOF 1.1 final on Tuesday 4/29.

Should 1.1 validation demonstrate no problems, then a final 1.1 can be delivered sooner.

Developers/maintainers - please send me your release notes.

Please review trunk\docs\manual.htm for content and accuracy w.r.t. to your areas of concern.
