[ofw] ConnectX branch is ready for RC

Hi Stan,
 
I've updated the ConnectX branch with the last bugfixes, i've done
during the testing.
It builds in WDK 6000. This is the version i'm working with.
You can try to build RC by compiling MLX4 in WDK and adding it to the
main trunk.
(I was told, that this the solution for now wrt the release ).
