[ofw] Windows Server 2003 - WinSock Direct hotfix

If you witness any of the following issues for Windows Server 2003 (SP2) with WinOF installed and Winsock Direct (WSD) enabled, you may want consider the following Microsoft HotFix 938680 @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938680/en-us

* WSD-based applications stop responding when you change the IP address.
* WSD-based applications crash when you perform Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) operations.
* Data that you receive is corrupted.
* WSD-based applications run out of memory when you perform RDMA read operations.
* polling a socket will not deliver all received data.
