The patch was generated (and tested) against SVN revision 1486.  My back-to-back HCA setup was recently torn down, so I can't test exact situation.  I did test this on 70 nodes of our 256 node cluster, running OpenSM and it worked great (using DHCP for address assignment.)

Note that the MAC_TO_PATH/IBAT changes can be applied separately from the address vector changes.
