[ofw] IPoIB system event log entries - are they necessary?

IPoIB always writes the following system event log entries upon loading.

Are they really necessary for the 'free' build?

OpenIB IPoIB Adapter: Incorrect value or non-existing registry  for the optional IPoIB parameter lso, overriding it by default value: 0x0

OpenIB IPoIB Adapter: Incorrect value or non-existing registry  for the optional IPoIB parameter RqLowWatermark, overriding it by default value: 0x4
