[ofw] problems with rc0

Few more details:

1.	tested on server 2008 x64
2.	mthca.sys in rc0 did not have digital signature
3.	described below occurred after drivers were correctly signed.

Hi,

 

I've installed rc0 and got the following:

 

1.	All connectx devices appear twice, once normally and once with
exclamation sign.
2.	All hca's with device id 6274 fail to start ipoib. There are few
error events in system log:

 90 - OpenIB IPoIB Adapter #2: Incorrect value or non-existing registry
for the optional IPoIB parameter lso, overriding it by default value:
0x0

 69 - OpenIB IPoIB Adapter: Failed to create Queue Pair.
