[ofw] WSD enabled? How to tell?

WSD is not installed by a WinOF installer on a 32-bit Windows XP system.
If you selected WinSock Direct during a WinOF install,
Then '%ProgramFiles(x86)%\WinOF\installsp -l' will identify WSD
components.
'installsp -r' will remove IB from WSD if installed.
