As advertised last week and committed as SVN.1337
  trunk\inc\openib.def now includes mod_ver.def to define IB_MAJORVERSION & IB_MINORVERSION.

Committed as SVN.1338 trunk\core\bus\kernel\

 (rename) ib_bus.inf --> ib_bus.inx
     per Microsoft(WDK) inf file stamping examples.

 (new) trunk\core\bus\kernel\makefile.inc
     sets dependencies for .inx --> .inf transformation.
     includes mod_ver.def, date + version stamps $(INF_TARGET)\ib_bus.inf

 (modified) SOURCES
     Defined INF_NAME + INF_TARGET for makefile.inc
     sets up include of makefile.inc per WDK conventions.
