[ofw] ***SPAM*** RE: [PATCH v2] Remove TO_LONG_PTR from IOCTL structures

Hi Folks,

I just realized that this patch includes changes to the SMI that I had intended to separate out but missed. So here is the patch again, without the SMI changes... Note that this patch should be applied before the patches I sent after v2 of this patch, or things are likely to get ugly...

Here's a batch file (to put in the same directory as the patch files) that will apply them in the correct order:

\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0drep.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0opensm.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0ndrej.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0atomic_set.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0fleximap.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0FUNC_PTR64.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0VOID_PTR64.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0TYPEDEF_PTR64.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0STRUCT_PTR64.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0TO_LONG_PTR.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0umvbuf.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0pd_context.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0ioctl_cleanup.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0padding.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0noop_timeout.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0C4826.patch
\dev\tools\patch -p 1 < %~dp0smi_dpc.patch

You'll have to change the path to the patch tool appropriately, though.

Anyhow, I'll send the SMI changes separately shortly.
