[ofw] al_ndi_cm.c does not compile for WXP

Dear Mr. ND guy,

WinOF build for WXP breaks due to the following

4>errors in directory

4>f:\openib-windows-svn\1403\gen1\trunk\core\al\kernel\al_ndi_cm.c(480)
: error
C4013: 'IoCsqInitializeEx' undefined; assuming extern returning int
4>f:\openib-windows-svn\1403\gen1\trunk\core\al\kernel\al_ndi_cm.c(1137)
: error
 C4013: 'IoCsqInsertIrpEx' undefined; assuming extern returning int

Since we all agreed that XP (32-bit) is still a WinOF requirement, what
are your plans to fix this?
