[ofw] RE: [PATCH 0/9] merging winverbs into trunk

I've updated patches 4 and 7 of this series based on feedback.  The others are
unchanged.  The patch series will also be available in SVN under:

branches\winverbs\patches

See series.txt for the patch order.   (Give me about 2 hours to get outside my
firewall, so I can commit the latest changes.)

I can commit the changes to the trunk to make it easier, but I will wait for
acks on the patches.

As mentioned previously, I have the following items queued for the trunk pending
these patches:

	* Winverbs library
		- Support for 'verbs' related calls only, no connections
	* Winverbs filter driver
	* libibverbs port to Windows, including
		- RC, UC, and UD pingpong
		- ibv_devinfo
	* perftest port to Windows:
		- ibv_read_bw, ibv_read_lat
		- ibv_write_bw, ibv_write_lat
		- ibv_send_bw, ibv_send_lat

I've posted most of the relevant pieces of this code to the list before, so I
will hold off posting the code again unless someone specifically asks for it.
The complete code for this is available in SVN at:

The following items still need to be done, but can be separate changes:

	* change address handle creation to use sgid index, rather than sgid
	* update mlx4 driver to support query interface calls

I should start on these changes next week.
