Does this mean this FW update driver will get WHQL signed?  Do you automatically install your certificate so that the driver can be loaded if it's not WHQL certified?

Is this a PnP driver?  If so, how do you prevent the 'FW update' driver from matching to the HCA instead of 'normal' driver?

If it's not a PnP driver, how does it work?
