[ofw] [RFC] [PATCH 0/12] winverbs userspace library

The following patches apply to the winverb branch.  They add
basic implementation for several hardware resources to the userspace
library.  The code has essentially been compile tested only. 

I plan on pushing this into the winverb branch after incorporating
any immediate feedback.  (Depending on the comment, I may create a
follow on patch after the core set of changes are pushed into svn.)
