[ofw] HP-MPI and IBAL

Is there anybody have tried the HP-MPI for Windows with the IBAL
protocol? I can get my jobs run on WSD but fail on IBAL. The error
messages are as below. There is not much I can do to debug the process
either. Do I need to configure anything for IBAL? Thanks.

> MPI_Init: didn't find active interface/port
> MPI_Init: Can't initialize RDMA device
> MPI_Init: MPI BUG: Cannot initialize RDMA protocol
