We have listed the maintainers in the OFA Sonoma conference. I have
looked for the presentation on the Open Fabrics web, but could not find
it. Here is the list from the presentation, and I will make sure it will
be posted (the presentation) on the Open Fabrics web too.

I'm updating a maintainer list (to add to a maintainer file under the
source doc directory).  Are the following correct?  Also, I don't see
Leonid's name on the contributor list.  (I do see where 'cheap airfare',
'free slots' , and 'Meet people online' have signed up to be
contributors though.  Is there a way to clean up the contributor list?)
