NDI will need a maintainer, so I would keep it. Eleanor's email is
eleanor.witiak at qlogic.com. And definitely need to make sure anyone who
contribute a code need to sign the contributor agreement. No
contribution can be made prior to it

Merging comments back from everyone and adding StudlyCaps.  Gilad's and
Stan's list matched up, so I went with that.  I added complib as a
separate item, dropped NDI from the list, and need Eleanor's email
address.  Also we have maintainers who aren't yet registered
contributors, if that matters.

To clarify, I want to check this into SVN under
trunk\docs\maintainer.txt, so it's with the actual code.  It can compete
with the web page to see which gets out of date faster.
