[ofw] [PATCH] fix line endings to windows format

Actually, there's nothing to see in a patch for this...

The line endings for:

hw\mlx4\kernel\hca\data.c
hw\mthca\kernel\hca_data.c

are in UNIX format (LF only).  If I can get an acked-by, I will commit a patch
that does nothing other than converts those two files using Windows line ending
formatting (LF-CR).
