[ofw] [PATCH 0/7] documentation and tools

The following patches add some documentation and tools for developers.

A maintainers file is added, along with some docs that can be used to
help develop patches to the code.

I'm also including a set of batch files that I use for building and
installing the drivers.  They're not perfect, but they do work for me.

Depending on feedback, I will commit these to the trunk within the next
couple of days.
