[ofw] [PATCH 0/7] prepare trunk for winverb support

The following patches add necessary changes to the trunk to support
multiple filter drivers above an HCA. These patches are derived from
patches previously posted to the list and added to the winverb branch.

The patches were created by comparing the winverb branch with the
trunk and modifying them, rather than taking the various SVN commits
to the winverb branch as a patch. The result is that the patches
end up being cleaner than using the svn commits themselves.

Because winverbs support requires API changes to the UVP and kernel
verbs interface, I would like to merge these changes into the trunk
next week. This ensures that the changes will be there before a 2.0
release, plus provides increased testing to ensure that existing ULPs
are unaffected.

I have verified that the builds work for all winof supported platforms.
I have been able to install the drivers and perform some simple tests
using IPoIB and DAPL (ping, ttcp, dtest2, and cmtest) running checked
versions of the drivers on a 32-bit system with mthca.

I will happily commit these changes to SVN if the maintainers want to
ack them, otherwise, I can wait for the maintainers to commit them.
(Assuming that changes from feedback is minimal.) Once these changes
are in the trunk, it should be safe to pull the winverbs driver and
library into the trunk as well. (They would still not be part of
any release at this point.)
