[ofw] please stop referencing internal development trees in svn log messages

References to internal development trees are confusing to anyone pulling code
who see svn rev numbers that either do not yet exist, or that do not match up
with the svn rev of the tree that they're seeing.  This is especially true when
the internal tree is given a generic name like 'winib'.

SVN has branches, is there some reason why the real windows tree can't be used?
