[ofw] IPoIB MAC address generation for HP port GUIDs

Hi Folks,

We have a cluster with Voltaire/HP HCAs.  The port GUIDs are HP's (OUI == 0x0018FE), rather than Voltaire's (OUI == 0x0008F1).  The result is that the MAC addresses generated by IPoIB are of the locally administered address type - 0x02 in the first byte - which breaks DHCP support.

Is there some algorithm for converting these GUIDs be added to IPoIB?  Is it the same algorithm as for Voltaire GUIDs, just with a different OUI?
