In WinOF 2.0 the ABI changed and thus all user-mode applications not included in the WinOF 2.0
release, need to recompile.

There are changes in the API,
  user-mode:
    ib_cm_listen() in ib_al.h changed.

  kernel mode: (ibal <--> hca)
    ci_open_ca(),
    ci_create_{cq, qp, spl_qp, srq} all changed.

RC5 changes:

[ipoib] Fix using lists on ipoib without locks

       problem.  Bus driver usually  writes to Event Log the name of the failed
       command without the error code.
       Commits (1714, 1715) improve this logging.

[WINOF] CustomActions.vbs changed to use devman findall * | find "15B3" when
       removing HCA devices 'devman remove "@PCI\VEN_15B3*".
       CustomActions.vbs now uses 'devman install' for ibiou.sys instead of 'update'
