What's different?

OpenSM is working again.

IPoIB partial membership (part_man.exe) bug fixed.

IPoIB memory leak fixed.

WHQL testing exposed an ibbus bsod; now fixed.

GUID management patches applied.


Known Issues:
-------------

XP64 IPoIB does not properly handle ping packets; ping out OK, ping in fails.

On Server 2008 systems, IB stack does not hibernate well.
