[ofw] compilation errors in rev 1677

Hi,

 

The following warnings are treated as errors:

3>warnings in directory c:\work\winof\sources\hw\mlx4\kernel\bus\core

3>c:\work\winof\sources\hw\mlx4\kernel\bus\core\l2w_debug.c(141) :
warning C4057: 'function' : 'const char *' differs in indirection to
slightly different base types from 'UCHAR [256]'

3>c:\work\winof\sources\hw\mlx4\kernel\bus\core\l2w_debug.c(141) :
warning C4267: 'function' : conversion from 'size_t' to 'int', possible
loss of data
