[ofw] system log error

Sure, there are some optional parameters on ipoib and some that are not.
This message says that a parameter was not found in the registry.
 
This parameter tells the card that the card that is installed is from a
series that can be identified by this GUID.
 
Probably this was marked as a must when it should be optional.
 
xalex, do we need to fix that?
