I saw that and that's the one I was commenting on:
ulp/opensm/user/include/iba/ib_types.h

That's the one which should be kept in sync, right ?

Me neither but I think there's been some discussion of this on the
list in the past; I just don't remember. It doesn't exist in Linux so
is either due to some change or some Windows thing.
