I've committed all patches that I posted last week.  The following items are
still pending before feature freeze:

merge winverbs dapl2 into trunk

update IB mgmt libraries and programs

I've already submitted patches to let us sync up with the ib-mgmt code,
including using the new libibnetdisc library.  I'm only waiting for those
changes to finally merge back into the ib-mgmt.git tree master branch.  If we
need to feature freeze before that occurs, we can use the existing libraries and
utilities.  If we can wait, libibnetdisc provides a significant performance
boost and gives us a couple more diagnostic programs.
