[ofw] geting arp table from the os on windows 2003

Hi Fab,
 
We need to resolve mac addresses based on ip addresses.
 
Is there a way to get the arp information from the operating system on
kernel? Is it also possibale to make the os send a remote arp?
 
Is there another way to get this informatin rather than using raw
sockets and cache the results by myself?
