[ofw] Updated Test Plan

Hi All,

 

I have attached an updated version of the OFA IWG Test Plan. There are still
some pending reviews from UNH-IOL but I wanted to get this out so other
members had a chance to review and comment. The deadline for changes is
Friday September 4th so that we have 45 days prior to the Interop Debug
Event. 

 

Please review this document and provide comments via email in time for the
Tuesday OFA IWG meeting at 12:00 EST. Blue change bars on the right indicate
new modified or text.
