I have the following target setup as reported by Linux ibsrpdm:

IO Unit Info:
    port LID: 0008
    port GID: fe80000000000000001a4bffff0cd045
    change ID: 0100
    max controllers: 0x10

    controller[ 1]
        GUID: 001a4bffff0cd044
        vendor ID: 000017
        device ID: 006278
        IO class : 0100
        ID: SCST SRP target
        service entries: 1
            service[ 0]: 001a4bffff0cd044 / SRP.T10:001a4bffff0cd044

IO Unit Info:
    port LID: 0009

    change ID: 0100
    max controllers: 0x10

    controller[ 1]
        GUID: 001a4bffff0cd044
        vendor ID: 000017
        device ID: 006278
        IO class : 0100

The problem I am having is that the WinOF SRP will not connect to this
target or even initialize the IOC driver.

Is this something I need to fix on the Linux or Windows side?
