[ofw] IPoIB_CM meeting 2-3-09 minutes

Summary:

1. Alex Estrin explained the main feautures and changes in IPoIB
Connected Mode, compared to datagram mode
2. It was decided that IPoIB_CM will be inserted into trunk and de-facto
will replace IPoIB.
3. Prior to this change, Alex E. will run WHQL testing on IPoIB_CM (at
least in UD mode) to eliminate possible errors and bugs
WHQL instructions were attached to this e-mail. The main tests are LAN
WHQL tests.
4. XaleX will merge all the change from WinOF IPoIB_CM svn and continue
to run Mellanox regression testing for the same purpose
5. IPoIB migration to NDIS 6.0 will be started on IPoIB_CM version.
XaleX will lead this change.
First milestone is to make IPoIB_CM work with NDIS 6.0 when CM is
disabled.
6. Open issues:
  6.1. Csum on receive side. Our proposal was to pass "NOT CALCULATED"
value to NDIS.
  6.2 Connection recovery in IPoIB_CM mode. (bug no. 1492:
https://bugs.openfabrics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1492)
