[ofw] ipoib devices appearing more than once on the device tree

Hi,
 
While looking at a machine with win OFED installed I have noticed that
the ipoib devices appear more than once:
Once under the IBAL device, once under the winverbs device and once
under the winmad device.
 
Does anyone know if this is the expected way that things should look?
Is this just the driver view that is confused from the fact that there
are filter drivers?
