I have found the equivalent commits in WinOF trunk of the two Mellanox
commits that were referred during WWG meeting.

Mellanox commit #		WinOF commit #	Description
3518				1892			Fix max send
packets of IPoIB
3608				1788			Fix MAC_TO_PATH
bug

Both commit went to winof trunk. They are needed in the WinOF 2.0.1
branch (in case they aren't).
