The WinOF 2.0.2 release is based on openib-windows source svn revision
   (branches\WOF2-0-2 svn.1975).

WinOF 2.0.2 changes:

   A) Revision 2.0.2 is a WHQL patches update to the WinOF 2.0 source base.
