[ofw] RE: [PATCH 5/7] winverbs: add connection support to library

I ended up applying a portion of this patch to the trunk pre-maturely.  (I
deleted what will be unused source files.)  To correct for this, I removed the
winverbs library from the build until the rest of the changes are committed
within the next couple of days.

I plan on submitting a new patch for the IB CM changes later today or tomorrow
for further review.
