Arlin did this work and it is included in his patch.

WinOF was copied on these mailings. So far there has been zero support for
changing compilers. (In fact, I've had to push back on branching the code.)
Windows drivers must be built using the WDK build environment, so WinOF has
adopted that build environment for all of their libraries and applications as
well.
