[ofw] [PATCH 0/2] netdirect: add winverbs network direct provider

The following patches update the ndinstall program to support both the existing
IBAL ND provider and a WinVerbs ND provider.  My testing shows that it continues
to work fine with the IBAL ND provider.

However, for some reason that I cannot for the life of me figure out, the
WinVerbs ND provider will not successfully install.  I'm guessing there's some
minor, obscure problem that I'm overlooking with the wvndprov.dll build or
configuration.

At this point, the code is complete, but untested.  I can keep the code in my
branch until it's tested, or merge the code into the trunk and provide fixes
there.  I can go either way, but I wanted to make the code available for review.
