I've committed all changes that I've posted to the trunk to support a direct build of the management.git infiniband-diags. This included updates to libibmad, complib changes, a fix to libibumad, and linux compatibility code (new headers, etc.). The old infiniband_diags code was removed, but is still available in the SVN history. - Sean
