I've run ibcleanup between installs, but my version may be out of date.  I don't
quite understand the link to that and the behavior I'm seeing.  (It may be
there, I just don't understand it.)  Ipoib doesn't change between any of my
installs.  Does installing ipoib 'clean up' the registry?  I.e. why would it
work on the second install, versus just failing every time?
