        Support new commands: compf & allf

Examples:

        %CD% == gen1\trunk

        WinOF\BuildRelease compf core\bus

Above command will force a recompile of core\bus for all supported Windows flavors and supported architectures: x86, x64 and IA64, then exit.

        WinOF\BuildRelease allf core\bus

Above command will force a recompile of a specific folder then build installers (.msi) files.
Force a recompile of core\bus for all supported Windows flavors and architectures: x86, x64 and IA64, run makebin, sign drivers and build installers.
