For those interested in a WinOF head-of-svn [2071] installation, please see

Installers behave as expected for [x86,x64,ia64] for Svr2008/2003 & XP 32/64.
IPoIB & DAT/DAPL operate correctly on InfiniHost and ConnectX HCAs.
