Hi,

We found the problem. When we changed the sa_key in opensm.conf to 0,
all systems got connected.

Stan/Sean, when you perform linux/windows dapl tests do you use windows
or linux opensm and what is the value of sa_key?

What is the link width/speed reported by vstat?  A bad cable could force
the port to come up at 1x, and if the IPoIB broadcast group comes up as
4x, you would fail to join.
