You will need to contact Mellanox about their distribution.  I'm not
familiar
with what they distribute.  My guess is that it is just binaries.

The main source tree for the Windows openfabric stack is at:

svn://openib.tc.cornell.edu

You can also reach it by going to www.openfabrics.org, selecting developer
resources -> windows.  The link is near the bottom of the page.  That will
get
you all of the WinOF sources that are available.
