[ofw] [PATCH] allow compilation in & outside of OFED src tree

Hi,
  Did you have an opinion on these patches?

Allow rdma_cm.c to compile (aka find getopt.c) in and outside of OFED src tree.
Makes it so rdma_cm.c can be used directly as an example instead of carrying around an example copy.
