libibmad/include/infiniband/mad.h is imported directly from the management.git tree.  All changes to that file must go through Sasha's tree first.

sminfo is also imported directly from the management.git tree.  If there is a bug in it, the change must be fixed there first.

This output matches what's produced on Linux.
