[ofw] [Scst-devel] SRP Sends DREQ on Windows reboot

Stanley,

Did you ever resolve this?  This sounds very similar to my issue,
although I never get a successful login in the first place.  What rev
of SCST are you using?  I had previous success w/ the older 2.0.5
Windows driver and older versions of SCST... but now, at SCST r1935,
even the older Windows driver has the same issue.  I need to recreate
what previously worked, then move forward (on the target side) to see
when this problem appears.
