[ofw] SRP target from OpenSolaris not recognized

[Grüninger, Andreas (LGL Extern)]

I 
- replaced the existing ibsrp.sys, 
- disabled the "Mellanox ConnectX VPI .." adapter, 
- rebooted, 
- started DebigView
- enabled the "Mellanox ConnectX VPI .." adapter.

The log is attached. Unfortunalely the device ist still not recognized.

OK, I have removed this check all together, let's see what will happen.

Please rename it ipoib.sys and let us know what happens.
